Out of frustration comes inspiration

Today started off so promising. A whole day to work on 'Mercerian Tales 1" without any interruptions. All I needed to do was open the file that I had been working on last weekend and start writing. Except the file is missing? Looked everywhere, on multiple computers, online drives; file is nowhere to be found!!!! Had to go back to my written notes and re-enter them into the computer, and then the inspiration hit. A particular scene was hard to remember, so I changed it, and that simple change has spawned a whole new story for the book! And now I am making myself chuckle at the relationship between Gerald and Fitz!
